Okay, man even people without a blogger accounts are getting on me to update. So here goes. I'm completely pissed off. I was optimistic this morning as I had my internet working for all day Sunday, cause I decided to plug my modem directly into the wall. It worked great. Monday I switched it back to the splitter and damn if it didn't work. So it was working all Monday. I come home from work and the freaking thing isn't working again.

Okay, so that's it I just have to plug it into the wall if I want to use it. Plain and simple. Then I go to the mail box and low and behold there is the bill for this month. It's a $101.03. They charged me for having a person come out and fix it. Well, here is the story there. Yes someone came out to work on it. But the one day it was actually working from a splitter was the freaking day he came. So all he did was give me a couple new cords and a new splitter and checked the speed and said "well, it sped it up a little bit". Then about an hour later the freaking thing isn't working again.

I was good I paid the f*ckin bill when it was due last month. I should of called and complained about the crap service, but I figured no it's okay it will get better. Well, when I saw this damn bill I was pissed not only did I just pay a bill for the normal service when I hardly got any service. Now they want me to pay twice as much for the same crap service. So I called trying to get the charge off my bill, but of course I got sent to Technical support and they are all like well, we can have someone come and maybe install something so you can use your splitter. Yeah so you can charge me another freaking $50.

Since, I didn't get anywhere with the people I made my mom call. She said they are going to take a month charges off, but I will still have to pay for the trip. Anyway, the trip is what a month costs, I may not have to pay for this month, but I still have to pay the same or a couple bucks more. Anyway, this sucks. I want to throw the modem across the room. Cancel my service and rip my hair out. Eat a bunch of cookies and have a drink.

I guess I'm going to get going. Hard to talk on phone and think about typing. Laters.
