Hey ya'll. This morning I woke up to thunder and lightening which is odd, not just cause this is Phoenix, but cause normally the storms seem to happen at night. It was nice to hear the rain, but I wasn't looking forward to going out in it after getting all dressed for work. Fortunately last night I had nabbed a good parking spot right in front of the stairs under the car port.

Anyway, not much is going on. I've been looking online to see how realistic it would be for me to invest in a condo or townhome of some kind. It's amazing that a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo/townhome costs more than my parents house back home. It's just crazy to me, but I think I need at least that size so I can rent out the other room to a friend. That way I can afford it. I figure with the first time home buyer deals and stuff it might be possible, but who knows.

I just got my student loans under control and I barely understand what is happening with those. Anyway, I figure if I can get a comparable monthly payment to what I'm paying now things would work out great if I get a roomie to share with and I think I know someone willing to live with me so that's good. Of course this wouldn't happen until next year. I figure I will extend my apartment lease 'til March like they offered and then maybe I can move into my new place then.

We'll see. I know it's a big dream, but what can I say, but I'm a dreamer. Well, I guess I better go and do some work.
