Terror Alert Level

Wednesday, August 17, 2005

Okay, so I'm suppose to list my five favorite songs. That's going to be hard. I have so many favorites. Okay so here is the list.

1. Well, there definitely has to be a song from Keith Urban. I just don't know which one. I'm thinking "Raining on Sunday", no maybe "Jeans on" or how about when he sang "Rambuncitous Boy" with John Fogerty. I think they should get together to record that song cause right now I only have the John Fogerty version. But seriously I can't pick just one Keith Urban song. They are all so great cause I love his voice. I just makes me melt.

2. Next I think I will have to go with Beck, "Loser", cause I'm a loser baby, so why don't you kill me. His new stuff is good too.

3. "Superman" by Lazlo Bane, it is the theme song for Scrubs. I'm no superman.

4. "Searching for You". I have no idea if that is the real title and I don't know who sings it. Some girl sings this and it goes like this "baby what can i do, i've been out searching for you.

5. "To Get Me to You" by Lila McCann. This one is from the Hope Floats soundtrack. Lila has kind of disappear off the face of the earth. I use to listen to her cd back in the early high school years. She was like the same age as me too.

So I can't stop at 5.

6. "Dare You to Move" by Switchfoot or just about anything from their cd "the beautiful letdown".

7. "Fishin' in the Dark" any version you like, but the most recent would be Emerson Drive's recording of the song cause that is the one I have. And really I like most of Emerson Drive's songs. They maybe sappy country songs, but they give me a warm fuzzy feeling.

8. U2 - I can't name a song I don't like here. "sunday bloody sunday..." okay I'm listening to this right now.

9. the Beatles - I can say that the "yellow submarine" really annoys me, but is very catchy.

10. Oh I almost forgot, "I think I Love You" from the Partridge Family. It was in a levi's commercial and I just had to find the song. So the commerical goes like this, a guy gets on the elevator and there is a girl and they supposedly feel in love. It must of been the jeans.

and some more songs

"She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy" by Kenny Chesney. Someone tried to strip to this song for my b-day once. He knows who he is. Thinking back on it, it was pretty funny.
"I Want to Know You" by Sonicflood. Only thing I don't like about this song is that they talk after the song is over.
"You Shouldn't Kiss Me" & "How Do You Like Me Now" by Toby Keith
"Little Miss Can't Be Wrong" by Spin Docotors
"Change" by Warren Brothers
"Zero" by Smashing Pumpkins
"Comedown" by Bush
"Son of a Preacher Man" by unknown but everyone knows this song. I think.
"Never There" by Cake
"Grow old With You" by Adam Sandler from the Wedding Singer
"Catch My Dieseae" by Ben Lee got it on a sampler cd

Okay, I know there is more. This is just what I came up with now. I should probably get going. I have things to do. Laters.
