It's raining on sunday, storming like crazy. Okay it really was raining and it seemed like the perfect oppurtunity to borrow some lyrics from Keith Urban.
I woke up early this morning around 4 am with the moon shining bright as headlights on the interstate. I pulled the covers over my head and tried to catch some sleep but thoughts of us kept keeping me awake. Wait a minute that didn't happen that is another Keith Urban song. Make the song stop repeating in my head I'm beginning to think that this stuff is really happening to me.
Gonna kick off my shoes and run in bare feet. Where the grass and the dirt and the gravel all meet. (Yep more lyrics) Well I'm gonna but I have to find this place where the grass, dirt and gravel meet. I guess I'll have to call up Keith and ask him where it is.
I've found peace of mind, feeling good again. I'm on the other side, back among the living. Ain't a cloud in the sky. All my tears have been cried. I had to borrow those words from my friend Jimmy Wayne. I guess I can't really call him my friend cause he only saw me long enought to sign my cd and take a picture with me, but if he knew me he'd like me.
Okay well enough of the lyric stuff. I should tell you all about my exciting trip back to Phoenix but I'll save that for another day. It is long and this post is already long enough. Hope ya'll hear a great song today. Don't forget to sing along and don't worry if you think you are bad.
